“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”

― B.K.S Iyengar

Restorative yoga is a practice of learning to surrender. In this 90-minute class, we will practice a series of energetically aligned postures, fully supported by props. We will use bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to create ultra-comfortable positions to rest in. Imagine being held in the most loving, caring embrace without exerting any effort. These deeply relaxing and introspective poses are held for 5-10 minutes. In this place of supported stillness, we have the opportunity to go deep within; to discover the depths of our genuine, authentic selves.

Personal Blanket is encouraged
