Yoga and meditation will be offered in the mornings and evenings in the beautiful Ananda Shala. This space provides an extraordinary setting to all who are dedicated to spiritual transformation and personal development.

The morning practice will be led through short meditations and intentional movements. The early asana will bring about fiery masculine energy as we move through strong, powerful but playful vinyasa style flows that will be heavily integrated with breathwork and self inquiry to bring a confident energy into the day.

Each evening we will invite a slowing down energy, we will invite to tap into our softer side, harnessing our feminine energies through more mellow practices such as gentle, restorative, meditations and others to bring restoration to our nervous system. There will be moments of dedicated quite and deep observation, moments to breathe with intention and allow surrender for the awakening to the present moment.

You are invited to cultivate an experience, to cultivate intuition, and harness your own inner strength and awareness, bringing confidence in all that you do and feel, entrusting your higher-self. As we journey through the week together, we will work to let go all that does not serve our best self and seek a deeper connection within to align mind, body and spirit.
